About Us:
Nestled in 300 acres, including 50 acres of lakes, the 4-Star Slieve Russell Hotel encompasses 3 restaurants, 2 outstanding event rooms, an award-winning leisure centre, an immersive spa, and an Irelands-only PGA golf course.
We employ 385 employees over several departments including Food & Beverage, Front of House, Front Office, Accommodation, Golf, Spa, Sales, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture & Leisure.

All employees were required to complete an extensive and anonymous detailed independent Trust Survey, noting their experience in their roles. Some of the feedback we received from our employees about their personal experience in the work place included “great team environment, really friendly team, employees feel recognised, a great team ethic, great Perks and incentives, colleagues are great to work with, a great sense of community, we have many opportunities and development for our career paths at the hotel.
