Q: What time is Check Out?
A: Check out is 11.30am.
Q: Can I request a Late Check Out?
A: Yes, this is subject to availability and may incur a surcharge of €25. Late Check out is 2pm.
Q: Can I request an Early Check In?
A: Your room is guaranteed for arrival from 3.30pm. If you have plans to arrive earlier to the hotel, our reception and concierge would be delighted to arrange storage of your luggage, whilst you take time to explore what our Resort has to offer.

Q: Does your hotel offer car parking?
A: The hotel offers over 760 complimentary car parking spaces.
Q: Do you have disabled parking available?
A: Yes, we have disabled parking available at the Country Club entrance and also in the left hand car park at the front of the hotel.
Q: Do you have an Electric Vehicle Charging Point?
A: Yes, take second exit off roundabout.
Q: Does the hotel offer WiFi?
A: The hotel offers complimentary WiFi throughout.
Q: How do I log in to your Wifi?
A: If it is your first time to visit, you will be asked to provide an initial registration. After this it will automatically connect.

A: Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 10.00am, Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 10.30am
Q: I have food allergies, do you cater for these?
A: We offer a breakdown of allergens on our menus. Any specific requirements should be forwarded to the hotel prior to arrival.
Q: Do you offer a Vegetarian Menu?
A: We offer a specific Vegetarian Menu with a choice of eight starters and seven main courses. We are also happy to cater for Vegans, however please contact us in advance so our culinary team can organise this for you.
Q: Do I have to pre-book Afternoon Tea?
A: No, there is no need to pre-book Afternoon Tea. It is served in the hotel foyer from 12pm to 5pm daily.
Q: What are the Restaurant opening times?
A:The Setanta Restaurant has a contemporary style and the menu is a modern selection of world flavours.

The Conall Cearnach Restaurant has a classic style and the menu is a selection of traditional dishes with modern European classics.

Q: Do you have a Leisure Centre?
A: Yes, we offer a fully equipped Fitness Suite, along with Swimming Pool, Kids Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi.
Q: What facilities do you offer for Families?
A: We offer a selection of Family Rooms, catering for up to 2 Adults and 3 Kids, with Inter-connecting rooms also available. We have an indoor Games Room, Soft Play Room, Adventure Golf and Tennis Courts. During Mid Term breaks and School Holidays, we also offer our Russell Rabbit Kids Club for children aged 4 – 12 years, free of charge.

A: Superior rooms and Suites offer bathrobes as standard.
Q: Do you offer tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms?
A: Yes, tea and coffee making facilities are available in all bedrooms.
Q: Do you provide fridges/microwaves in the rooms?
A: We do not have microwaves in our rooms, however we would be happy to assist with any food items that you require to be heated by contacting Reception. We have coolers in our Deluxe and Superior rooms, if you need any items refrigerated please contact Reception.
Q: Do you provide Irons and Ironing Boards?
A: The hotel provides a supply of Irons and Ironing Boards on request. Deluxe, Superior and Suites offer these as standard.
