Our hotel was recognised as one of Best Workplace in Hospitality 2025 for 4th year in row by Great Place to Work Ireland and in the Top 20 Best Large Workplaces in Ireland. In addition, we were awarded Great Place to Work Special Awards which celebrates the exceptional. While being recognised as a Best Workplace is a significant achievement in itself, these awards go a step further, highlighting organisations that go that extra mile to support their people, foster collaboration and build inclusive, people first culture.

All employees were required to complete an extensive and anonymous detailed independent Trust Survey, noting their experience in their roles. Some of the feedback we received from our employees about their personal experience in the work place included “great team environment, really friendly team, employees feel recognised, a great team ethic, great Perks and incentives, colleagues are great to work with, a great sense of community, we have many opportunities and development for our career paths at the hotel.
